When the network's RPC service is unstable, it may cause your wallet to lose network connection and cause transactions to fail. At this time, you can try to reconnect to the network by changing RPC.

Method 1 (Enter from the “Trade” page)

1. Click here to visit Chainlist.

1. Select an RPC with a normal connection status under the Arbitrum One, then click “Connect Wallet”.

1. Click “Approve”.

1. Click “Switch Network”.

1. RPC change completed.

Method 2 (Enter from your wallet)

We take the MetaMask wallet on the browser as an example to show the steps to change the RPC.

1. Open your MetaMask wallet in your browser, make sure that the network you are currently connected to is “Arbitrum One”. Then click the icon and select "Settings".
